Vida Blue blanked Queens allowing just 2 hits as the Montreal Expos topped the
Queens Kings by a score of 2 to 0 at The King's Palace.
Blue(2-2) simply dominated Queens. He surrendered only 2 hits and 2 walks in
9 innings lowering his ERA to 3.08. Both teams' bats went to sleep after the
3rd inning with no runs scored after that point.
Mike Flanagan(1-1) took the loss. 'We didn't have a whole lot of chances
today,' Jim Walsh said. 'Blue just was too much for our guys.'
