Sam McDowell was on top of his game, blanking Manchester on just 1 hit as the
Seattle Red Barons beat the Manchester Minutemen by a score of 4 to 0.
McDowell(1-1) was indeed brilliant as he hand-cuffed the Manchester offense.
He was stingy on the mound, allowing just 1 hit and 3 walks in 9 innings
